A typical Full Size Futon Mattress is roughly 75 x 54 Inches. Most Futon Frames have Side Arms, making their outer dimension more than 80 Inches. This Petite Frame gets its best Use in Boats or RVs, Underneath Loft Beds, or Built in Nooks in Rental Spaces or Cabins. Some Spaces are simply restricted by the size of mattress that will fit there. This is a Solid Wood FULL Size Futon Frame that Holds a 75 x 54 mattress, BUT the frame itself is only 73 x 54 Inches. That allows you to use a Full Size Mattress without the Frame causing interference.
